Are flight and hotel accommodations required? Yes.
If I add more services, will a second artist be provided? Yes. An 8 person minimum is required to be eligible for a second artist. I will handle all coordination & communication with the assisting artist.
Will any accompanying artist also need hotel and flight accommodations? Yes.
Is the second artist fee included in this package? No. There will be a $300 fee for a second artist.
What if I have less than 5 people needing services? This package is designed as all inclusive experience and you can have up to 5 service for this starting cost.
What do I need to know about your arrival? For US weddings, I require to arrive 2 days prior to the wedding day in case of any unforeseen travel delays/cancellations. For international weddings, my arrival is based on the time difference and travel logistics.
Do you book the flight and hotel? Although I do require to approve these accommodations prior to booking, I do not book this myself.
Will you need a rental car or other means of transportation upon arrival? Yes. This can be a rental car or reimbursement from taxi’s/Ubers.
Who is responsible for your meals? Me! This is not an expense you are responsible for.
